The author gives easy-to-read and short chapters that will help a person engage on a journey that moves forward. Progressive in nature, this teaching gives plenty of the Word of God that offers hope.

These wonderful chapter addresses how to live in world with contentment. The Bible says that living with contentment is great godly gain. When you can live in obedience to this, life is bigger, better and brighter than ever before. A Life Changing Short Read

Christian author releases, It Was Not My Fault! All the Glory to God. Authored by Rachel Lee White this new book release is a faith-filled and unique book of prayers bringing to light her own experiences that relays the message to readers in that we over come by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of our testimony.

A heartbreaking story. Born out of much grief, her story is heartbreaking as she was orphaned at the age of 10 by violence that penetrated her home through her father who wounded her mother, which led to her death and his eventual suicide. Raised by her grandmother, the chronic grief opened unwanted “drama” in the author’s life. Finding herself with 2 babies and homeless by the age of 18, she was persuaded by Child Services to give her children to Foster Care, and soon followed their adoption.

Truth. Fostering the truth of God’s Word, this book comes highly recommended as an inspirational tool to young adults (especially young teenage girls) that need to understand that nothing is their fault (as the title denotes) and that God is able to complete the work He has begun. Exciting, and invigorating, her childhood memories come alive as she begins the telling of being raised in a small rural town in the 1950’s. With enduring harsh climates, blizzards, and snow up to the rooftops, life was filled with hard work, fun, country dances and summer time memories from the view of Barbara’s front porch. 

Vanderstel offers the taste of life during those days growing up in the Saskatoon country, and a rich family heritage full memories that transcend time and remind others of the value of hard work, family, love, trust in God and the importance of community.

As a mother and author Christian, Barbara L. Vanderstel has fond memories of growing up in the Canadian rural farmland. After taking a two-year writing course, Barbara discovered her love of writing and began to write A Book of Love in 2012 and Front Porch Tales in 2014 as a memorial to her family heritage. She believes everyone has a story to tell. 

Barbara encourages all to look up to heavenly things, and to not focus on earthly things (Colossians 3:2). Her life motto and one that she teaches all is to never give up on their dreams.
